Our everything gaming wizard. Luke has a thing for building things: PCs and his own DIY projects. He's spent so much time at B&Q he's now qualified to drive a forklift.

In charge of our Phone repair side. Jay recently grew a moustache. Before starting at SMS, Jay was part of a another repair company. Lucky he's decided to bring his knowledge with him.

Our Romanian rescue & Head of HR. Tilly spends most of her time sniffing butts and dreaming of sausages. However, with her around nobody else in the office seems to misbehave.
