Will is the Managing Director of SMS Group. When he's not fixing things he's walking, gaming, reading, cycling or playing very intense game of Dungeons & Dragons.

Ricky is our PC Technician. If he's not busy building PCs, gaming, or tinkering with the latest tech, you'll probably spot him out in his VXR or adding yet another LEGO set to his collection.

Head of Marketing & Front of House. Megan has a passion for all things creative and a love for fashion. If you don't catch her at SMS, you'll probably find her exploring National Trust places or searching for her next creative inspiration.

In charge of our Phone repair side. Jay recently grew a moustache. Before starting at SMS, Jay was part of a another repair company. Lucky he's decided to bring his knowledge with him.

Dan is our Junior Phone Technician. A retro tech enthusiast at heart, he loves learning from classic technology and discovering how those ideas still influence modern devices today.

Our Romanian rescue & Head of HR. Tilly spends most of her time sniffing butts and dreaming of sausages. However, with her around nobody else in the office seems to misbehave.
