The repair service performed does not resolve the initial issue with your device.
The repair service causes additional damage to your device.
You cancel your repair service appointment within our cancellation policy timeframe (see below).
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or if the issue is unrelated to the service provided.

2. Refund Process:

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the repair service, or within 14 days of the purchase of a device.
Provide your original receipt or proof of purchase.
Our team will assess the situation and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
If eligible, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to subtract a service charge of up to 10% from the original purchase if there is no defect with the device to warrant the return.

3. Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your repair service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit made.

4. Exclusions:

Refunds will not be provided for any parts or accessories purchased separately unless they are deemed defective.
