1. First download the program clicking the button below labelled 'Download Anydesk' This will automatically download the anydesk.exe required to access our remotes support network.
2. Once the download is complete, open it up and this will bring up a preinstall version of the software.
3. On this page there will be a red box just to the left of the middle that says ‘install Anydesk’, click on the underlined text inside that box.
4. On the following page click 'Accept and install'. When prompted by Windows click 'Yes'.
5. The window will then refresh and bring up a welcome screen for Anydesk, go to the top of the screen in and close the tab that says welcome.
6. This will reveal your address which is a 9–10-digit code at the top of your screen written in red. This code is what you’ll need to give us so we can access your computer and provide the support you require.
